The B2B Marketing Team at Rewards Network publishes a series of white paper reports to highlight trends in the restaurant loyalty space. I partnered with the Social Media Manager and Lead Copywriter to construct a cohesive narrative around what drives dining decisions. The report would be distributed at the 9th Annual Fast Casual Summit and posted on the company blog.
Not Your Typical Industry Report
Reports are notorious for being stale–full of numbers and too much copy that turn people off from reading the underlying narrative. I wanted to take a different approach to our report and create a visually driven document that helps distill the data into a more “reader-friendly” format. Each page would leverage flat illustrations, using the Rewards Network brand color palette and striking typography to bring the data points to life. This approach proved to be a big hit among the executive attendees, as requests for additional copies exceeded the number we had available.
